Engagement structure

A multi-year agreement, reviewed every year.

Rather than promising an identical workload for every month, longer engagements use a master agreement with an annual scope review.

  1. Year 1

Establish the digital office, baseline research, grievance system and reporting framework.

  2. Years 2–3

Operate recurring services, improve workflows and measure progress against baselines.

  3. Year 4

Expand operational readiness and review the next electoral cycle.

  4. Final 6–12 months

Activate a separately scoped election-readiness phase, subject to the election schedule and applicable rules.

Operating rhythm

What happens, and when.

FrequencyActivity
DailyContent approvals, task updates, urgent issue triage and assigned grievance follow-ups
WeeklyProduction planning, field reports, overdue-case review and communications review
MonthlyAnalytics report, grievance summary, budget reconciliation and client review meeting
QuarterlyResearch review, dashboard quality audit, security and access review, service-plan update
