Intelligence & research

From ground reality to informed decisions.

Research and analytics are decision-support tools. We design them to be lawful, transparent about method and uncertainty, and focused on public issues and service needs.

Research principles

Evidence you can rely on — including its limits.

Documented methodology

Every survey ships with a research plan, questionnaire and sampling note. You know who was asked, how, and what the sample can and cannot represent.

Uncertainty stated plainly

Predictive models document their assumptions. Forecasts are presented as ranges with caveats — never as certainties.

Public issues, not individuals

We study public priorities and service needs. We do not conduct covert surveillance or profile individual voters by sensitive characteristics.

Defined metrics

Every KPI has a written definition. Online engagement is reported as engagement — not as a proxy for votes.

Concept demonstrations

Dashboards, reports and tracking tools.

These examples illustrate the kind of tools we build. All data is fictional. They do not represent any actual client, constituency or PollMine result.

PollMine Constituency Connect

A case-management approach for registering, routing, following up and reporting on public-service grievances — designed for responsible follow-up, not promises that every complaint will be resolved.

About grievance tracking
  1. 01A citizen submits a request through an authorised helpline, web form or approved WhatsApp channel.
  2. 02The system issues a unique reference number and acknowledges receipt.
  3. 03An authorised operator validates, categorises and assigns the case.
  4. 04The case is referred to the relevant office contact or public authority.
  5. 05Follow-up dates, responses and status changes are recorded.
  6. 06The citizen is informed of the outcome, subject to verification and consent.

Data handling

Built around data minimisation.

Role-based access. Separate, controlled access to identifiable case records, with audit logs.

Minimum collection. No identity numbers, documents or medical records unless genuinely necessary and lawfully supported.

Aggregate reporting. Dashboards show public-service trends, not personal details.

Defined retention. Data is returned or deleted when no longer required, subject to legal obligations.
