The commitments that apply to every PollMine Analytics engagement.

What we will not do

  • Create or use fake accounts, fabricated endorsements or undisclosed paid influence.
  • Publish fake news, unsupported claims about opponents, or AI-generated or altered media intended to mislead.
  • Scrape or purchase private contact databases without lawful basis, or send unsolicited bulk messages.
  • Profile identifiable individuals by sensitive characteristics for political targeting.
  • Use confidential grievance information to build advertising audiences.
  • Manipulate survey results, or present uncertain forecasts as facts.
  • Publish private citizen information in response to a public complaint.
  • Engage in unlawful surveillance, impersonation or harassment.

Election advertising

Paid political advertisements follow a documented approval workflow. No advertisement is published before any required pre-certification or approval is obtained, and an auditable expenditure record is maintained for the client's authorised expenditure team. We follow current Election Commission of India instructions, the Model Code of Conduct, applicable silence-period restrictions and platform policies.

Data protection

We work in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, whose obligations commence in phases. The roles, purposes, retention periods and security controls for each engagement are documented in its data-processing terms.

Platforms

We use official business tools and authorised integrations, maintain consent and opt-out records where required, and use role-based access rather than shared credentials. We do not guarantee verification badges, advertisement approval or uninterrupted platform access.

Service availability

Service hours, response targets and on-call coverage are defined in each statement of work. Round-the-clock coverage is offered only where it is contracted and staffed.

All dashboards, maps and reports on this website are concept demonstrations using fictional data. This website does not display client names, testimonials, case studies or performance statistics.
