3. Information on this website
- The content on this website is general information about our services. It is not an offer to contract, legal advice or a guarantee of any result. Services are provided only under a separate signed agreement and statement of work.
- No guaranteed outcomes. We provide consulting, communications, operational and analytical services. We do not guarantee election results, voter turnout, media coverage, advertising approval, platform verification, government action or any specific public-opinion outcome.
- Research and analytics. Surveys, sentiment analysis, dashboards and forecasts are decision-support tools. Their results depend on data quality, sampling, coverage and assumptions.
- Demonstration material. Dashboards, maps, reports and figures labelled "Concept demonstration", "Illustrative" or "Illustrative sample" use fictional data. They do not represent any actual client, constituency or PollMine Analytics result.
- We try to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not warrant that it is complete or current at all times.

We may block access or disregard submissions that breach these Terms.
5. Information you submit
When you send an enquiry through the consultation form, you agree that:
- the details you provide are accurate and are your own, or you are authorised to share them;
- you will not include sensitive information, such as identity numbers (for example, Aadhaar), financial details, health information or personal details of other people; and
- we may use your details only to respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, to prepare a proposal, as described in our Privacy Notice.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use enquiry details for marketing.
6. Your personal data and the DPDP Act
We process personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025, as their provisions come into force in phases.
For personal data collected through this website, PollMine Analytics is the Data Fiduciary: we decide why and how it is processed. You, as the person the data relates to, are the Data Principal.
Consent and notice
- We collect personal data through the enquiry form only with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before submitting.
- Your consent is limited to the purpose stated at the time: responding to your enquiry.
- The Privacy Notice explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it.
Withdrawing consent
You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact in section 7. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent. It does not affect processing already carried out, and once you withdraw we will stop processing your data and erase it, unless the law requires us to keep it.
Your rights as a Data Principal
Subject to the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Access information — obtain a summary of the personal data we hold about you and the processing we carry out (section 11).
- Correction and erasure — have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected, completed or updated, and have data erased once it is no longer needed for the purpose you consented to (section 12).
- Grievance redressal — raise a complaint with us about how your data has been handled (section 13).
- Nominate — nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity (section 14).
Your duties as a Data Principal
Under section 15 of the DPDP Act, when exercising your rights you must not impersonate another person, suppress material information, provide false particulars, or file a false or frivolous grievance or complaint. Breaching these duties can attract a penalty under the Act.
How we protect your data
- Purpose limitation: used only to respond to your enquiry.
- Security safeguards: access is limited to the team members who respond to enquiries.
- Retention: kept only as long as needed for that purpose, then erased, unless a longer period is required by law. The retention period is stated in the Privacy Notice.
- Service providers: your data is stored and delivered using service providers who process it only on our instructions. Their servers may be located outside India, as permitted under the DPDP Act.
- Data breaches: if a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals as the DPDP Act and Rules require.
